Yes, it is possible to change the license plate on your vignette for Slovenian, Czech, and Slovak vignettes.
Please note: this is only possible before the vignette becomes valid. To request the change, contact our support team.

Your order can no longer be cancelled once the vignette has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you agreed to waive your right of withdrawal, as we register the vignette for you immediately. As a result, we are unable to offer a refund after delivery.

Unfortunately, if you purchased a vignette for the wrong country, you will need to buy a new one. We are unable to cancel or refund the vignette for the other country, as the right of withdrawal expires once the vignette has been fully delivered.

No, printing is not required. It is sufficient to carry the e-vignette in digital form, for example on your phone or laptop.

Your vignette is usually delivered within 5 minutes. In exceptional cases, it may take longer. Please note that you must wait until you have received the vignette before driving, as driving without it may result in a fine.
